Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed state.

  Attach the Label

  Print the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
